I currently work as a Group Product Manager with Bhanzu and take care of their largest live learning product called Math excellence which is a $15 million revenue line which we scaled in 12 months from $0

• In particular, I take care of their inclusive of their in-class experience of Bhanzu
• Also I take care from the growth side of free-trial to paid trial conversion i.e Student attends a free trial and then moves to become a paid user

I currently lead a team of 3 SPM , 2 PM , 1 APM along side an indirect team of designers and analysts ( a team of 6 analysts and 3 designers :)

Case studies, PRD, and Product Strategy breakdowns :

• Do a competitor analysis for Whatfix and write a PRD on an improvement feature for the same. Industry: SAAS, Startup: Whatfix - P1

• Build a task management web app for different teams in startup keep track of especially the Tech team and product team. Named the App Victra Industry : SAAS - P1

• Build an app for the premium segment of smartphone users such as it accounts for a premium experience in terms of product quality purchase or brand i.e Flipkart Premium Industry: E-commerce - P0

• Build an Annual operating module for internal organizational purposes to manage employee headcount, attendance, performance, and productivity. Industry: Internal infrastructure or platform infrastructure - P2

• Building a scalable and value-driven tuition offering/ supplementary education product for the Indian Ecosystem for the K-12 segment ( especially in-times of the pandemic - COVID 19) Industry: Ed-tech - P0
